MON-FRI Comfortable Room!

Welcome to my advert.

I am looking for an easy going tidy person either a post graduate student or professional on a Monday to Friday basis as weekends can be busy looking after grandkids! Sorry no couples!

I am an easy going live in landlady and work from home. I have a comfortable and tidy three bedroom semi-detached house. It has off road parking and garden.

The room available is a large comfortable double, positioned to the rear of the house overlooking the back garden. It has a wardrobe, chest of draws, wall desk and chair and Tv/Dvd. Wireless Wi-Fi would also be available.

It would be a shared bathroom, but an extra WC is downstairs. I’m happy to share the rest of my home, the lounge and kitchen. There would be cupboard space if cooking is your thing and wanted to cook.

The bedding and towels would be provided and laundered on a weekly basis whilst on your weekly trip home.

I am a 5 minute’s walk to a few local shops and pubs. I’m just off the A449/A491 which is the main route to Wolverhampton/Kidderminster and Stourbridge by car. There are also regular buses to Wolverhampton and Stourbridge on the A449 and a 5 minute walk to buses to Merryhill and Dudley.
