Double room and ensuite in Lapworth

Hi, we are Lydia and Phil. We own this house together, but Lydia has a new job in Leeds, so we are looking for a short-term flat share when she moves up there. We are both lawyers, so tend to have busy schedules and are out of the house quite a bit, but we like to come home to relax. We are outdoorsy people and love walks down the canal.

The house backs onto the canal and is less than 2 years old. We have two rabbits who will live with us until they move up to Leeds. Due to Lapworth and Dorridge stations being within 5 minutes, commuting to London and Birmingham is really easy and M42 and M40 are about 10 minutes drive. Our neighbours are lovely and are a mixture of professionals and retired couples.

We are looking for a professional, who is happy to live in our family home. We also are happy to accept couples. We can provide furniture if required, as the bed and side tables will move with Lydia.
