Also a very big double room with a double bunk bed is available.

Bathroom is shared with another housemate.

Available from 1st October onwards.

All rooms have excellent pillows and mattresses from Benson beds., wardrobes, drawers, desk and table.

There is access to communal areas- kitchen, sitting room and garden

Free access to kitchen utensils- and we have practically all possible untensils you can think of.

There is allowance to accommodate extra visiting person at night subject to landlord's approval.

Weekly mandatory cleaning by tenant

There is a house trained and overly friendly Shih Tzu on the property.

There is off road parking in this very safe and quiet neighbourhood

You do need to view the house before making a decision as it is a lot better than suggested by pictures.
