Large double room in a 3 bed property with on street parking in Longbridge area short walk to pubs trains shops gyms etc The property is a 15–20-minute drive from Birmingham city centre. There are great transport links with a train station and bus stop within walking distance running every 5 minutes to get you into the centre

I am a 40 year old who owns the house and will be a live in landlord. Ideal candidate will be someone who is happy to say hello etc (lol) in passing

Deposit will be paid at the time of booking along with the first rental instalment.
