Single Room In Cozy Home!!

I'm a young female renting my single room that I never use. Please note I'm looking for non smokers and female. The location is on longfor area of Coventry there is great bus routes or off street car park. There are local shops pharmacy gym and nhs ... the house is lovly decorated my way modern and nice. The single room is furnished without tv in bedroom. There is big tv in living room . The bedroom is cozy and more likely to sleep only. We will be sharing the living room kitchen and bathroom. There is small front and back garden. The area is nice and quiet. About me I'm a quiet girl I love watching movies at home and just relaxing.
