I have a room available to somebody clean, reliable and honest. I am a genuine professional guy and have rented my room for past two years but now they have moved on so looking to re rent. I am offering a double room in a clean modern house. I have just decorated the room so it is very clean and freshly painted with plenty of wardrobe space. You can have access to the living area, bathroom and kitchen which is both clean and modern. I am an easy going clean and tidy guy and I am easy to get on with. Off street parking is available along with broardband. All bills are included I just expect good hygiene and cleanliness. You will have your own space and privacy. Garden is well looked after and have a BBQ so summer can be enjoyed
