Double bedroom available

Hi,

I'm renting a double furnished room in nice sized 3 bedroom house, just by the Ricoh Arena, with great access to the M6, M69, M42 motorways.

The room is available from the 24th June Monday to Friday only. I rent the house and have been here 6 and a half years, but my current housemate is moving out as she is having a baby! :0) I'm a professional and work full time, looking for a male or female to rent a room for a minimum of 6 months or longer as I'm not planning on moving anywhere anytime soon :0)
