Double in lovely 2 bed flat shared w/professional

Looking for a flatmate to rent the spare room in my 2 bed flat.

The flat has a generously sized shared living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower.
There are communal gardens and there is plenty of parking space.
Double doors in my living room that open out to a nice little patio space.

You'll only be sharing the bathroom with me (and sometimes my gf when she's visiting), and I leave for work at 6:30am so likely to be all yours in the morning!.

All bills included - water, gas, council tax, electricity and internet (fast fibre).

I'm an Engineer, and work during the week (normal hours). Would be great to socialise with a new flatmate in the evenings/weekends.

Flat is nice and quiet during the week but I like a bit of music at the weekend :)

Will accept students (flat is an easy 20 min bus ride to town) or professionals - only requirements are that you're clean and you're nice!
