I have 1/2 rooms available for short or long term prospective tenants, I currently live on my own and have a dog that once he gets to know you will welcome you into his home.

The property is based in Lye just off the end of the bypass. The house is a new build 3 bed terrace house with large kitchen diner, decent size lounge and small well maintained garden. The property has a WC located on the ground floor and a shared bathroom on the 1st floor.

The rooms available are currently furnished but furniture can be removed/relocated if required.

Prospective tenants will require 2 references and a short face to face meeting to ensure that all requirements and guidelines are considered and understood.
