AVAILABLE EARLY NEXT YEAR: If your job requires stays in the Midlands and you are looking for some home comforts rather than a hotel then my spare room is ideal. However, as I am rarely there this really is a whole house situation. Full privacy and home comforts during the working week.

It is available preferably Mon - Thurs nights only so will suit a professional who needs a regular place to stay during the week but who heads home for the weekend. Five nights would be considered.

Located near M42 / M6 / M40 and only 4 miles from Birmingham International. Convenient for any Midlands area in particular Birmingham, Coventry and Tamworth. Also easy route to M1 / M69 / M5. Ideal for multiple JLR sites also.

£95 per week / £390 per month for regular 4 nights - or flexible tenancy at £25 per night for the right person .

Fully furnished incl bedding and towels (self laundered). Sole use of family bathroom. (I have the en-suite room).

Unlimited wifi / broadband / amazon prime access. No TV socket in room but has TV with amazon prime dongle for Internet tv. Bright double room in new build estate. Lounge and kitchen within dining / desk area - mostly I will not be there so you basically have your own place. Garden bench perfect for soaking up the last bit of sun after a long day.

Lovely village location with great pubs (Bulls Head and strawberry bank ) a short walk away.

This is not a typical house share so will suit quieter / professional / married individual looking for a weeknight home from home. No parties and no pets.

I cannot supply VAT receipts but will provide written confirmation of all monies received.
