Double Room

This is a double room to let, the room has been refurbished. It includes a new carpet and double bed, double glazing and central heating with a built in wardrobe. The house has a new kitchen, dining room, living room with an open fire. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower, basin, and toilet and the other has a spa bath, basin, and toilet. It has a decking area to the rear of the property, and off road parking at the front. I do have some room in the garage if someone has a motorbike or mountain bike which is alarmed, the property would probably be ideal for someone looking for a quiet location. This is a very much chilled out house with only one golden rule, no shoes on the carpets oh and I love to cook so you could end up being our official taster. We love to BBQ in the summer and to sample our home made champagne or whatever we've made, and in the winter it's hot buttered toast by a roaring fire. I have specified female as my girlfriend would feel more comfortable with a female rather than a male.
