Double Bedroom Overlooking Garden

The bedroom

A lovely sunny double bedroom decorated in black and white design. It overlooks the back garden. It comprises of a Double bed, wardrobe space, bedside table.

The Space

My 3 bed detached home with parking is set in the suburbs of Royal Sutton Coldfield and is situated in a quiet crescent. The Birmingham/Fazeley canal is only a 5 min walk away, where you can stroll, run, bike, feed the ducks. There are some lovely pubs along here to stop and have lunch/dinner.

Excellent transport links to the M42/M5/M6 and Birmingham airport is only a 20/25 min car ride away or a direct bus which takes 1hr approx. There is public transport directly to Birmingham City Centre, which depending on the time of day takes 30-35 mins to 1hr. Sutton Coldfield town centre is a bus journey of 20/25 mins where there is a shopping centre, lovely bars/restaurants and a train station directly to Birmingham City Centre amongst other cities.

Guest Access

Private double bedroom with access to bathroom with toilet and shower. Sharing with 1 person/2 max.
Use of garden/dining room and kitchen if guest wishes to prepare meals. You also have a separate living room to the home owner. It may be shared at times with other guests.

Interaction with Guests

I will be here to offer advice for places to visit/eat/getting around. Generally I leave you to it.

Getting Around

Bus stop is a 5 min walk away to Sutton Coldfield. It takes approx 20 mins.
Asda Hypermarket is a 10 minute walk away. Bus stop situated here to get into Birmingham City. It takes approx 50 mins.
Nearest local pub is 5 min walk away, then another 10 min walk away. All serve food.
Walmley village is a 25 min walk away or 10 min bus journey. Access to post office, chemist, chip shops, pub, library, small supermarket, taxi firm.

Sutton Park is a bus journey away on the 71 approx 20/25 mins and then a 10 minute walk away. Such a beautiful park, great for walks, runs, bike riding, picnics offers cafes/restaurants and the donkey sanctuary!

Other Things to Note

Quiet household with myself, a Pug and my 4 cats.

Guests are required to take their outdoor shoes off in my home and if using the kitchen to prepare meals, they are required to wash and dry up leaving the kitchen as it was found in a tidy manner.

Extra guests are charged at £5pppn.
Bathroom towels are provided for guests staying on a weekly basis.
