Description

The house is ideal if you're looking for a homely environment which is spacious, bright and ideally located. We chose this house for 3 main reasons:
1) its right between Moseley and Kings Heath so you get the best of both worlds (paradises). 3-5 min walk in either direction... + there's always parking available.
2) very very good value for money considering the size, space and location of the property.
3) caring and helpful landlady.

There are 2 floors, 3 generously sized bedrooms; a front room; a living room; a big kitchen including a dining table; 1 bathroom; a spare room (mostly used for storage); and a patio and garden with table & chairs.

Your room is on the first floor. It's a well insulated room, facing south - overlooking the garden. It gets the sunshine throughout the whole day so it warms up nicely. It's also the nearest to the bathroom which is super convenient. It will include a huge dresser (with hangers and 8 drawers), shelves, wall shelves and a large mirror. Bed, mattress and desk are mine but willing to sell them and leave them here for around £50.

Kitchen: gas stove; oven; extractor fan; big fridge and freezer; plenty of cupboard space; dining table with 4 chairs; RECYCLING BINS!

Living room: big (and i mean big) TV; 2 sofas; table; fairy lights and lava lamp for good vibes. TV licence paid; access to netflix, amazon prime, hdmi cable.

Bathroom: toilet; sink; bath; electric shower; toiletry storage. 1 bathroom has not proven to be a problem because seb and Theo (your housemates) don't work in the mornings so there are no periods where everyone has to use it at the same time.

And the most important piece of furniture of all - the housemates. Theo, Seb and myself are recent graduates from the University of Birmingham. We have been living together for over a year and a half, so I can say with certainty that they will make this house a home.

Theo: History graduate; professional jazz musician (saxophone). He could also easily be a professional chef; You will try many tasty meals. Also enjoys climbing, running and american comedies.

Seb: History and politics graduate; professional jazz musician (bass). Follows football, loves fish and stir fry's. But mostly bass, lots of bass (the instrument not the fish).

I'm only moving out because I've decided to move abroad, but I'll be truly jealous of whoever gets to live here next.

***Credit checks will need to be carried out before moving in (for a £60 fee) and guarantors may be needed depending on income.
