We have one room now available in this nice quiet house share 5 minutes walk from the centre of Moseley.
The existing housemates are a friendly sociable mixture of male and female working professionals. Plus a few lazy cats.

The house is a characterful old Edwardian semi-detached with 2 reception rooms, including a large dining kitchen, and separate lounge, has mature front and rear gardens, plus a driveway for parking. It is double glazed, centrally heated, and fully furnished, with a recent full electrical rewire, including integrated fire alarm system, and the kitchen has all the usual appliances.
The double sized bedrooms face the rear, overlooking the garden, and are fully furnished.

The cost of all the standard bills, including council tax, gas heating, electricity, water, and Virgin fibre broadband is a shared amount, currently £125/month and included with the rental costs.
Ideally we are looking for a friendly sociable housemate that will fit-in with the others, so a viewing and meet up is recommended.
