Small double room, Mon-Fri, lovely quiet house

Small double room in our homely house, sharing with the 2 owners. We're looking for a Monday to Friday lodger, i. e. someone who has a permanent home elsewhere and wants lodgings for a weekday job.

House has 2 bathrooms, plenty of space, wifi, cycle storage, fortnightly cleaner. The room has a 'small double' bed. Bills are included.

Good location for independent grocers shops, climbing wall, good social and diverse cultural life in Moseley and Balsall Heath, and buses/bike routes to town.

We work in environmental fields, so the household tends to be responsible about its recycling, energy use etc. We're mature, easygoing, interested in people, and are seeking someone considerate and mature in outlook. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly.

We sometimes look after a friend's dog so you'd need to be comfortable with that.
