Lovely double room for rent in Moseley

Hello Hello -

My room is now available. It's a double bedroom in my house. I live in Moseley, 15 minutes walking from Moseley Center and with many buses passing around to go to Birmingham center. I like to go out but I also like a relax evening in front of a movie..

The house itself has 3 bedrooms (the 3rd one is not getting rented), yours has a recent IKEA bed in it, 2 good sized bathrooms, a garden, a living room and a dining room.

Parking is in the street, there is always space. All bills are included, internet too and also the cleaner that comes every week.

I am quite sporty, like a good walk, horse-ride and always up to try something new. And as French as I am, I do like cooking/eating and some nice wine.

I am just looking for someone easy-going and friendly to share my house with. :-) My current lodger is moving out because she bought her own place..
