We have one room available now in this nice quiet house share 5 minutes walk from the centre of Moseley.
The existing housemates are a friendly sociable mixture of professionals. Plus a cat.

The house is a characterful old Edwardian semi with 2 reception rooms, including a large dining kitchen, and has mature front and rear gardens, plus a driveway for parking. It is double glazed, centrally heated, and fully furnished, with a recent full electrical rewire, including integrated fire alarm system, and the kitchen has all the usual appliances.
The bedrooms are bright rooms, are recently redecorated and fully furnished (from Ikea) including a double bed.

The cost of all the standard bills, including council tax, gas, electricity, water, and 200mb broadband is a shared amount, currently £110/month.
Ideally we are looking for a housemate that will fit-in with the others, so a viewing and meet up is recommended.
