There are several locations in which to be able to work from home (see photos). There is wireless broadband (included) - we have a BT Fibre 2 mesh system in which the current tenant is able to stream using various video meeting platforms with no issues. It is private, a separate floor and also the other end of the house to our living area. There is also access to an electric car charging point. The cost is £625 pcm with an additional £100 pcm fixed cost for all bills - available from Monday 22nd December 2025. We are very close to Moseley high street and five mins walk from bus stops for the Number 50 and 1 bus routes and there is a train station coming in the new year. There is access to our garden and Moseley private park if required. We can supply references from previous tenants and you can have a private conversation with our current tenant.
