I have a large double bedroom available in a semi-detached house in Moseley, located on a quiet residential street, very near to Moseley Bog and approximately 15 minutes walk from the delights of both Moseley Village and Kings Heath.

The room is furnished and consists of a double bed, wardrobe. chest of drawers and desk (please note that the photograph of the bedroom contains different furniture - this room has also since been repainted.)

You will be sharing the house with myself (38 year old male, working full-time in Birmingham) and one goldfish (age and gender unconfirmed, full-time house-sitter!)

The rent is £450 per month, with bills included (council tax, gas, electricity, water, tv licence, internet).

I am looking for somebody that is considerate and respectful, reasonably tidy, happy to socialise, equally happy in their own space. You can expect much the same from me.
