I have a double room available to rent sharing with 2 professional males and the property is within walking distance of the highly acclaimed Moseley Village and Kings Heath High St.

The room is available immediately and the rent is £725. The room is double in size, decorated to an extremely high standard and includes fitted wardrobes. The property is decorated throughout with all mod cons. Located in a quiet residential suburb, parking is available on the drive.

All amenities are on your door step, with M&S food and other major supermarkets just a short walk from the property. Great restaurants (including a Michelin Star), pubs and cafes in Moseley Village which is very vibrant and popular with young professionals. If you like to keep fit then you have The Gym which is a 5 min walk and 4 great parks all within walking distance. Moseley Park (private park) holds a couple of very popular concerts each year (jazz and folk festival) which are always sold out. Edgbaston Cricket ground is a 10 min walk if you like your cricket.
