Double room in Green part of Moseley

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is looking to move away

The flat is located between Canon Hill and Highbury park in a beautiful old style deco building so perfect to walk from here to the parks. The flat is on the top floor of the building. You will also benefit from free parking on the premises. Bathroom is shared

I'm a 35-year-old guy that works in government tech and will be working from home 99% of the time. I like to keep myself quite active so usually I'll be going in the morning to the gym and then do something like a run or climbing oir cycling in the afternoon. Weekends I also like to spend them away often. having said that I'm not that fit just trying to build it up :) so always happy to find somebody that I could do some of these things with. I also enjoy board games and socialising.

I'm really looking for somebody kind and tidy and somebody that won't just be a stranger living with me. Regarding tidiness, I really like keeping the place clean so hopefully, you'll share that with me.
