We have a room in a house share available in Moseley, one female occupants, one male and a big cat.
Rent and bills are £550pcm
There are two reception rooms, a kitchen, downstairs toilet, utility room with washing machine. A large garden to the rear.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a separate WC and a bathroom.
The pictures are quite old and we will be uploading newer ones soon
Prefer cat lovers. Unfortunately our cat does not get on with other pets so it won't be suitable bring one with you. He is very fluffy and friendly to humans though!
Probably not suitable for super sound sensitive, quiet types; we are considerate with noise but we enjoy making and playing music out loud in the house.
