Large en-suite room, in beautiful family home

Posting a concise advert here to put out feelers. If you might be interested in moving in as a lodger to our family home in Moseley (we are a same-sex female couple, with two small children who are mostly out of the house at nursery 9am-6pm four days a week) then please contact us. We have two beautiful rooms on the top floor of the house which we let out to lodgers, and one of these is coming available soon.

Our family life is busy and we both have quite demanding jobs, in which we largely work from home. We love a passing conversation or cup of tea in the kitchen and the occasional organised meal/film night after the kids are in bed, but we definitely aren't housemates who can be relied on for a social life (only because we have very little time to ourselves!)

We would prefer a female housemate.

Parking - there is pretty much always a spot nearby, and the street around the corner (our street is very short) always has spots.

Not suitable for smokers.
