Double room in central Moseley - Mon to Fri

A furnished double room in a professional home and quiet residential area, available Monday to Friday only (Monday-Thursday nights).

The property is a 5 minute walk to Moseley high street and all it has to offer. University of Birmingham, QE hospital and the city all close and served well by public transport. 50, 35 and 1 bus routes all very close. The train station is due to be opened the end of this year. I back onto the private pool and park which is lovely - I subscribe every year so you’ll have access to the fob too. Available room backs on the quiet garden, where I have a small patio area and corner sofa.

The bedroom has a new double bed with memory foam mattress, a small clothes rail, chest of draws, chesterfield sofa and ample under bed storage.

I have an en-suite bathroom so the general bathroom will be all yours, unless there are any visitors so this will need to be kept clean at all times.

The living/dining area and kitchen are all shared spaces. The kitchen is quite small for a 2 bed apartment. You can use of all the equipment and utensils and there will be space available in the cupboards and fridge.

Unfortunately the area doesn’t have access to fibre broadband, with only 11MB ADSL available. So if working from home is your thing then this might not be the ideal place for you. There is a very good co-working space 10 mins down the road, however.

There isn’t a dedicated car parking space but there is usually ample on street parking just outside.

This is a non-smoking home. No pets allowed. Includes all bills.

I work in the city in arts and culture. Outside work you’ll find me watching movies, taking photos or at a museum. I’m keen to find someone with similar interests who I can share my home with. More than anything I’m after someone dependable, clean and respectful.
