Hello! I am a 32 year old female living in my flat in Moseley.
I am looking for a similar aged and like minded person for the second bedroom in my flat. I work locally and enjoy football, amateur theatre and yoga and in my spare time.
Location - The flat is in the centre of Moseley and has great links into Birmingham City Centre and the surrounding areas. It is on the 1, 1S and 41 bus routes. It is a 10 minute walk to the Alcester Road and 35/50 bus stops. It is also a 5 minute walk to the 2, 3 and 5 bus stops.
The flat - It is a first floor flat in a quiet block with lift access.
There is an open plan lounge / kitchen / dining room. The bedroom contains a 4ft bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. As there are two bathrooms within the flat, the main bathroom will be mostly yours to use, along with any guests.
There is no available parking on site but on street parking nearby.
There is a communal garden at the back and the flat overlooks a small courtyard.
