I have a room available in a 3- bedroom (2 actual bedrooms and one box room which is my office) house situated on Northlands Road - a quiet, leafy street between Moseley (10 min walk) and Kings Heath (10 min walk).

The house has three bedrooms, one bathroom, two lounges, a kitchen and spacious garden which will all be shared between two people.

It's a quiet road with lots of unrestricted on-street parking outside the house, One Stop is a 1-minute walk away, and both Moseley and Kings Heath high streets are walking/cycling distance.

Current resident is a young professional working from home 3-4 days a week.

Ideally looking for a housemate who's also clean and tidy and doesn’t work from home.
