Pictures and mirrors are removable if you have own, or swop able to suit you.

Off street parking area, or at the end of drive in front of house which overlooks other gardens to the South. Our garden at rear faces North.

Front porch on either side of front door, space for bicycle.

Near to Moseley village shops and Lidl. 4 minutes walk to 50 bus stop.

Only tenants go upstairs.

Hall from front door leads to inner hall, ahead a spacious fully equipped Kitchen, door to back patio, lawned garden, fruit trees, shed - summer stuff.
Left to front lounge and downstairs w. c. Right to under stairs walk in cupboard, rack for all outdoor shoes, drying racks, ironing board, hoover and Room 1 lodger’s scooter (Chef).
Door to my private ‘double study/store’.
Carpeted stairs to upper landing which leads to a door on the left, access to large carpeted storage attic; on either side are Doors to South facing Room 1, and North facing Room 2 which overlooks the quiet rear garden. A door leads to inner hall, my bedroom and 2 rooms. Bathroom, w. c./ sink/ bath with over shower; shelf unit for toiletries.

The kitchen - fully equipped, Gas Cooker, Airfryer, Washing machine, two Fridges, own food Cupboard, a bf bar for dining.
Additionally there is dining table in the rarely used front lounge, sofas and coffee table, plus a dining table in the lounge off the kitchen where I am usually writing, reading or watching News or a good film if any wish to be social.
