Near to Moseley village, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Coop, shops and Lidl. 4 minutes walk to 50, 41, 1, bus stops.

Tenants vacuum own rooms (at least monthly)
only cleaning areas after use = kitchen and bathroom.
All leave as they find.

ONLY tenants go UPSTAIRS.

Personal food cupboards.

A bf bar for dining.

Additionally there is dining table in the rarely used front lounge.
Sofas and coffee table.
This lounge can be used for ‘study/ home-work.’

Additionally, a dining table in the TV Lounge off the kitchen where I am often relaxing, writing, reading or watching News or a good film if any wish to be social.

While my lodgers are always polite and sociable as and when, all are welcome to come and go as they wish, or keep to themselves.

The area is safe, mixed cosmopolitan residential, many shops, restaurants galore - Ladypool Rd is five minutes away and some light industrial units.

No en-suite HOWEVER over 8 years there’s never been queue or delay for bathroom due to different start times.

Your alert SIgn on door - if any specific 15/20 minutes is vital,
It works no problem for when a morning slot is needed.
