Hi! I'm looking for a new housemate to take over a room in a lovely 2-bed home from September, as my current housemate is moving out. The house is in a great location – right between Moseley and Kings Heath – with plenty of pubs, cafes, and green spaces nearby, plus good transport links into the city.

Spacious shared living room, perfect for chilled evenings
Shared bathroom and kitchen
Quiet, friendly neighbourhood
Bills not included and come out to around £150-200 per person (council tax band C, gas, electric, water and wifi)

I'm clean, sociable and enjoy relaxing in front of the TV after work, heading to the pub now and then, and having a chat over a cuppa. I mostly work from home, so I appreciate a calm and respectful house vibe.
Who I’m Looking For:
Ideally someone who’s also sociable, enjoys the occasional chat or shared meal, but also values their own downtime and keeps things tidy.
