Double Bedroom in House Share

We are currently a house of Sam, Becky and Oliver, and we are looking for a new housemate for our gorgeous home 🙂

We have one furnished double room available from August 1st apart. The room comes with the bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. It’s a spacious double room located on the ground floor at the front of the house and even has a balcony facing onto the garden!

Our house is just over a five minute walk from Moseley, with the brand new moseley village train station, and regular no 35 and 50 buses into Birmingham City Centre (or a 20 minute cycle). We're also only a ten minute walk from Kings Heath with its range of bars/restaurants.

The house itself is a proper home rather than your typical house share. It's on a quiet and leafy road, and is really spacious with lots of character and space - the photos really don't do it justice!

The house has:

*kitchen/dining room with dishwasher
*conservatory
*two spare rooms for storage/friends visiting, or that can be utilised as offices
*huge garden perfect for summer BBQs
*bathroom with bath and shower
*downstairs toilet
*plenty of on-street parking and one drive way space
*utility room with washer and dryer

All our rent and bills come out of our house account which we all pay into monthly. The advertised price includes all bills at the current prices (WiFi, energy, council tax etc.) Deposit required as specified. We also each pay for a cleaner to come fortnightly (included in total price advertised). It may be that due to the increase in gas prices our energy bill will be slightly higher and we would split any increase between the 4 of us.
Please note, a one off £50 fee will need to be paid by the new tenant to the estate agents to change the name on the tenancy agreement.

A bit about us:
We are three professionals, 2 of us are not originally from Birmingham. We lead active social lives - we enjoy social eating/drinking, travel, cooking, hiking, running, and all of the things which Moseley and Kings Heath have to offer. We're a friendly group, but the house is plenty big enough to have your own space and peace and quiet as well.
