Furnished double room available from late December / early January in flat on Trafalgar Road - a 5 minute walk from Moseley high street. The room comes with an office.

The flat has two bedrooms, an office, one bathroom, a shared living room, dining area and kitchen.

The flat is a short walk from the number 50 bus stop and the new Moseley train station (expected to open early next year). On road parking is available outside the flat.

Bills not included (council band B).

I currently live in the flat and work from home around twice a week. Looking for a tidy and considerate flatmate.
