Double room to rent in heart of Moseley

We're renting out our room whilst we are away travelling for five months.
The house is in the heart of Moseley, offering great links into Birmingham and close to pubs and restaurants in the village.
Tom has lived with us in the property for three years and is a friendly housemate, happy to socialise but also respectful of privacy. He knows the area well and would be more than happy to show help someone around who is new to Birmingham.
Lots of green space nearby with Cannon Hill and Highbury park in walking distance.
The room itself comes furnished with double bed and memory foam mattress, chest of drawers, dressing table and has two wardrobe spaces.
Outside is a small garden that is a beautiful sun trap come spring and shed storage that has space for two bikes.
