I’m moving out of my flat in Moseley and am looking to find a replacement! Current housemates are 2 x female, 25 & 28, both full time working professionals. Seeking a new female housemate to move in - no undergraduate students or couple applicants please.

Fully furnished kitchen/living room however bedroom will be unfurnished (photos show my current layout but I will be taking all furniture with me). The flat is so affordable, really spacious and absolutely gorgeous, with an open plan kitchen/living room, your own separate bathroom (with bath and 2 showers) and a huge room + storage cupboard! Current housemates are a speech therapist and retail team leader who enjoy crafting, reading and wine nights. Best flat/living situation I have ever had, only moving out to live with my boyfriend but it’s going to be hard to leave!

Building is secure with mailboxes and intercom/buzzer system for receiving parcels, and off road parking. Area is so nice with Moseley high street only a 5 minute walk away and also ideal for commuters to city centre with the new Moseley train station and regular buses.
