You will have a very large shower room situated on the floor below, which contains large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin, shared only with the other tenant who is very clean, tidy and all round lovely girl.

Modern family kitchen and utility room is available to use. Our washing machine and drier is available for reasonable use.

All bills inc; Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Wi-Fi, TV Licence.

The house is positioned opposite Moseley Bog Nature Reserve.

Moseley Village hosts some amazing Jazz Festivals and a monthly award winning Farmers Market. The Village also has an abundant supply of independent coffee shops, bars and restaurants.

We’re only a 2 minute walk to major bus routes into the City Centre, Birmingham City University The QE Hospital and Birmingham University and Moseley train station is located in the village.

We have a very friendly well behaved miniature Labradoodle who is hypoallergenic therefore ideal for allergy sufferers as he is non shedding.
