Room comes with double ottoman bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The flat is comfortable, warm and spacious. There is a large walk in storage cupboard in the hallway so tons of storage space. The lounge, kitchen and bathroom are all modern and good sizes.

The flat is in a safe neighbourhood and has off-road parking. There is also a single garage - I currently have some things in it but if you'd like to use it for storage, this can be discussed.

Moseley village (7min walk) has some great pubs, bars and restaurants, as does Kings Heath (15 min walk). The beautiful Cannon Hill park and Mac centre and the cricket ground are also under 10 mins walk away and there are Lidl and Aldi supermarkets within 5-10 min walk. Plus there are quick bus routes a few minutes walk from the flat to B'ham city centre.

All bills excluding electricity are included in the price (i. e. water, wifi, council tax, TV licence). Actual electricity bills will be provided on a quarterly basis to be split between yourself and the other flatmate, therefore only paying for what you use.

The deposit is £400 (held in the DPS) and rent is to be paid monthly in advance.

You will be sharing with Marie - professional female, friendly and a very considerate housemate. She's keen to meet a new tenant before they move in to make sure it's a good match.
