I have a spacious fully furnished double room in an Edwardian semi-detached house in Moseley, looking out onto a large garden. I have off-road parking and we are close to many bus routes, Hall Green station and good, local shops including Moseley Village and Kings Heath. Solihull, Hall Green, Selly Oak and City Centre are within few miles.
There is no en-suite, but pretty exclusive use of a bathroom on the same floor. This is a comfortable and quiet house in a beautiful green area, suitable to a Female, professional or post graduate student, looking for a safe and friendly base in Birmingham for Mondays to Friday or full time.
Although i prefer no smoking in the house, anyone is welcome to use the garden. A deposit to be discussed depending on arrangement.
