I have to rent, 1 double furnished room for £440pcm within a small, relaxed, friendly house share of only 3 roomies. The room is on the smaller side but has everything you need: double bed, single wardrobe and chest of drawers. Plus, the house has loads of storage.
**I am fairly flexible on moving in date in order to get the right person for a happy household!**
The house is in a great location, in a quiet cul-de-sac only a 5 minute walk to Moseley Village centre and only a 2 minute walk to Alcester road where buses run regularly into town, 24 hours a day.
The house has a large driveway, garden, shared living room, shared dining room (used as a shared office space/ clothes drying/ extra storage!) and modern kitchen.
Amenities include dishwasher, washing machine, TV, along with all the usual household appliances and kitchen equipment.
The rent includes all bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, fast fibre-optic unlimited broadband)
The house is currently occupied by two males who are both very sociable and friendly.
We would welcome any friendly new addition to the house, male or female. lgbtq+ friendly.
