This room comes with a sofa, orthopedic mattress, mini fridge (which is pretty much silent) and food storage so you don't have to share the kitchen space if you don't want to.

There are two shared bathrooms, both with a shower, and one with a bath. These will be shared between 6 people.

All bills are included with the room. This includes super fast broadband, so you don't experience problems with several people using the internet. The house comes with a cleaner every two weeks, and a gardener in the summer.

I'm looking for a working professional who will keep the house clean.

I'm an accredited landlord, and the house is licensed by Birmingham Council to ensure a high standard of accommodation.
