I'm Brendan, and I have a furnished room for rent (double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers) in my swanky pants apartment, right next to the centre of the only place in Brum that matters - Moseley!

You'll be less than a 5 minute stroll from the Prince Of Wales (if you don't know you'd better get to know) and Cocks pubs, Moseley's fab private park (with tennis courts, festivals & fishing lake!), plus all of the local shops & restaurants. Top this off with a farmer's market & craft market every other week or so and you'll wonder why the heck you didn't move here sooner!

You'd be sharing with the current other housemate, Rich, who is a lovely guy and nice and tidy!

The property has recent furnishings, has private off-road parking and is close to local transport links. It also benefits from:
