Double room (Mon-Fri) in lovely house, Moseley

Mon-Fri (see note below**) double room in lovely Victorian house shared with the 2 owners - mature, easygoing, interested in people - and one other Mon-Fri lodger. We're often out all evening, so it's quite quiet.

House has 2 bathrooms, plenty of space, wifi, cycle storage, fortnightly cleaner. The room is fully furnished including double bed.

Good location for good indie grocers, climbing wall, amazing historic swimming baths, Moseley, Ort Gallery and buses/bike routes to town.

Some flexibility over the odd weekend. There may be some flexibility over start date.

We work in environmental fields, so the household tends to be responsible about its recycling, energy use etc. Seeking someone considerate and mature in outlook.

**NB - Rooms for Monday to Friday is a regular arrangement amongst SpareRoom users. It's generally for people who have a home in one city and a job in another, so they want lodgings for weekdays. Meanwhile we want to know we have a spare room for friends and family at weekends. So it's not what you want if you need somewhere as your full time home. Thanks for understanding.**
