We are a house of nine friendly young professionals, and we are looking for another fun, tidy, sociable twenty-something professional to join us now that one of our housemates has moved out to go travelling.

First off - it sounds like a lot of people, but the house is quiet and truly gigantic, and needs to be seen to be believed.
It’s period style with thick walls, high ceilings and plenty of character, and consists of:
Three kitchens (one on each floor) with all major appliances inc. (dishwashers, washing machines and tumbler dryers each, plenty of fridge space).
4 shared bathrooms,
A huge lounge,
Garden, basement and "bike room" for storage.

Plenty of cul-de-sac street parking,
35 or 50 Bus into town and the lovely Moseley Village is a 5 minute walk away!

60Mb Fibre internet,
amazing twice weekly cleaner,
gardener,
table-tennis table!

The room is on the first floor which has two bathrooms (one with a shower and a bath) and each floor has its own kitchen, so you shouldn't struggle to cook at any time.

Whether you are new to Birmingham or you are looking for accommodation to meet new friends, this house certainly provides the opportunity to do so, and also enjoying the numerous bars and pubs Moseley has to offer at the weekends.

It really is a HUGE house, and no one feels like they are living on top of each other. The landlord is also pretty prompt in getting things fixed / upgraded too
