Double room (with own floor and en suite) available from August the 27th. The flat is an eight minute walk from Alcester Road. It has a very spacious living room and dining area. Your bedroom has a large amount of storage and is also very spacious. The flat is rented unfurnished but the communal areas are now fully furnished inc. all kitchen appliances. My friend, who is moving out of your room, would also be willing to sell you her furniture should you need it. That includes a bed and a clothes hanger. There is also a desk - which is mine and you could have if you need it- as well as a sofa which came with the flat.

I am a very sociable and clean person. I like to cook, to read and exercise. I am a secondary school teacher in a near by school and would be out during the weekdays from about 7am to 7pm. We are a very friendly house and I would love that to continue.
