The house itself is a grand Victorian property, located in the renowned beautiful and leafy suburb of Moseley. Only two miles from Birmingham City Centre and nearby shops, parks and leisure.

Tastefully furnished house with all mod cons. All bills are included (TV licence, Water, Electricity, Council Tax, Fast Fibre Optic Broadband, etc) so no need to worry about any additional costs.

The bedroom is large and highly furnished with everything you need.
Inc double bed, 2x bed side tables, 2x chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV point, Wi-Fi etc.
Approx 14ft by 16ft L shape room.
Double glazing, central heating, with views to the front.
You will be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

Surrounded by parks and in walking distance to Moseley Village and Kings Heath.
Moseley is a very diverse and artistic place with a number shops, leisure facilities, restaurants and bars. Only two miles from Birmingham City Centre and the University of Birmingham. Excellent transport facilities inc number 50, 35, 1 bus run frequently from local stops.
A short walk down the road is Canon Hill & Highbury Park, the MAC, and Edgbaston Cricket Ground.

Please note there is no parking available on the drive, however parking is available at a nearby cul-de-sac. We also have two lovely dogs who are very friendly.
