Has new double bed, fitted cupboards, computer desk and exclusive use of own ensuite shower room. There is an additional family bathroom and a shower room on the first floor. Parking space on the drive.

Rent includes all bills except groceries and phone. Not a party house but very friendly. Clean but not especially tidy.

No smoking in the house so smoking would have to be in the garden.
