Hello,

My name is Vicki (aged 34)

Your room is a large double with bay windows, a large set of drawers, desk and a hanging rail in an enclave. Double bed. Furniture can be negotiable.

The bathroom is shared with me and there is a bath and a downstairs toilet. Kitchen includes a large supply of teas and pretentious coffees and coffee makers and a dishwasher/washing machine - It has a table which I think is called 'a breakfast table' but you can eat whatever you want there or just sit there.

Living room is large and open with a large dining room table.

Its a big garden with grass and furniture and visiting foxes, badgers and squirrels.

Garage and spare room can be utilized for excess stuff/bikes and parking is available and easy (drive fits two)

The area: 15-20 minute walk to either Moseley, Kings Heath or Stirchely. Very close to Dads Lane chippy, a co-op and The Highbury Pub. £6 Uber/taxi to town or 15 minutes bus. The house backs on to Hodders lane which is a forrest/fields that lead to Cannon Hill park (20 minutes walk) and is a 2 minute walk to Highbury park.

Me: I'm a teacher. I stay pretty busy with work/weekends away/ evening stuff so this wont be an intense house share but I would be very happy if we got on and drank wine/tea/coffee occasionally and discussed things with an open mind and a dark sense of humor. My girlfriend visits with her small, friendly dog.

You: Please be kind and tidy up after yourself. Anti-trump and pro-equality welcome. Please stay for at least 6 months and be a good person. Room is available now.

I have a cleaner once a fortnight so its reasonably clean and tidy
