The house is fairly modern, in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of on street parking. It is about 10 mins to the metro and is close to Wolverhampton University, Darlaston and Walsall. There is a supermarket and buses very close by 5mins walk, at the top of the road. The bathroom is shared. I am renting out a well fitted double room and single room. Bills include water, heating and electricity, and council tax. I am looking for people who are reliable, trustworthy and friendly.
