Newly Decorated Double Room In House Share

I have 1 large to rent in a 3 bedroom home in Netherton, Dudley. This bedroom was decorated only recently and could be classed as more feminine. The house is a corner plot, within a quiet cul-de-sac with canals and parks nearby.
Not too far away (Approx 3 Miles) is The Merry Hill Shopping Centre. This is an ideal place to find all kinds of retail outlets and a Cinema as well as some bars and restaurants.
There are some nice local take-aways and convenience stores within walking distance.
Birmingham City Centre is about 8 miles away and can be reached by bus or train.
There are bus stops within walking distance, although you may need to check on the routes. Please bear in mind that I will be away working most of the time but I will still have a room in the house.
The room is a Large Double for £575 per month.
The room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside draws and a bed which also lifts for storage.


The shared areas include Bathroom, Kitchen and Living Area. There is also a back garden with patio.
This rent will include bills for WIFI, water, & council tax. The gas and electric will be shared and is currently included but could go up if the use causes bills to go up. I do not have a TV licence as I only watch Netflix so this would need to be discussed, if you do want to watch live TV.
Ideally, I am looking for someone to stay for a minimum of 6 months. I would consider male or female, however preferably professional.
