Large furnished double bedroom

Hi, my name ‘s Jackie, I’m female, 54 and live in a 2 bed Terrace in a quiet street in Netherton which has good transport links to surrounding towns and cities. I have 2 small dogs and am looking for a lodger as find it very quiet since my sons have left home. I currently work a hybrid shift pattern meaning partly from home, partly in the office.

The room is large and is fully furnished, big windows with lots of natural light.
There would be a shared kitchen and bathroom. I have 2 living rooms which would also be shared but potential to have your own room on occasions, should you wish. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is also a court yard garden to the rear with a sheltered seating area.

I’m looking for a tidy and respectful person as its taken a few years to get where I am and hope you would treat my home with the same respect as you would your own home.
