We currently have 1 room available to rent in shared house:

One single rooms with share bathrooms (1 for 2 people), shared kitchen and lounge in Flat 1, first floor. Rent is £100 per week but includes bills except, electric (token meter of £10 p. w.) , included: are gas, council tax, water rates, TV licence, etc… Wifi is available through a sharing agreement with existing tenants if required or own connection can be installed. Equivalent of 2 weeks deposit and 1 month's rent in advance required.

An additional single room is available in Flat 2, ground floor that has shared bathroom facilities with large kitchen and large lounge. Rent is £90 per but an additional £10 per week is required to be installed in the electric meter. Total £100 p. w.

These rooms are available on short term lease arrangements on a rolling renewal basis. The following are the house rules and any deviation from them would result in immediate eviction:
• Tenants will be required to keep their rooms in a clean & tidy state at all times and communal areas need to be cleaned on a rota basis and in particular kitchen areas must be cleaned immediately after us. Regular inspections will be carried out.
• No smoking in any part of the property whatsoever, including individual rooms – smoke detectors installed;
• Any form of drug use whatsoever will not be tolerated;
• Any anti-social behaviour to other tenants or damage to property again will not be tolerated;
• Tenants are the only people allowed to stay in the rooms overnight and to use the facilities, particularly shared bathrooms, lounges and kitchens, etc;
• Parties are strictly prohibited as this is shared living accommodation;
• Use of loud music or other disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated;
• No pets of any kind are permitted.

We only accept tenants that are working full time and in permanent employment and an employment reference will be required along with a previous landlords’ reference if applicable and credit checks will be carried out. In certain circumstances, we may require a rent guarantor who would need to be a property owner.

The property has secure carparking and secure parking for bicycles, etc… Regular access to bus services. Near to Russells Hall Hospital and Dudley Town Centre.
