A beautiful house to share

I have a spare room to rent out to the right person in my beautiful home. Double room at the back of the house, over looking an impressive, well looked after garden. Double wardrobe, and large cupboard for plenty of storage. I live on my own and would welcome the financial help. Shared bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Laundrette with washing machine and dryer. Garage and parking. Very close to public transport to Wolverhampton/ Walsall, where there are train stations to Birmingham etc. Local area is very nice, all close amenities. I am very house proud, sociable and have many interests. I also have 1 lovely maincoon cat.
