We are a 5 min walk to the bristol road. 10 min walk to longbridge train station and a 10 min walk to northfield train station. the room is fully furnished ideal for a couple. if you come as a couple the rent will be an extra £50 per calendar month making the total £450. included in the price is access to wifi, washing machine and tumble dryer, your own fridge and access to a freezer. All bills are included there are no hidden extras. you will be expected to keep shared areas clean ie the bathroom and kitchen.
